Revision 1 10/27/22 updated plans as per inspector's redlines dbodi new 128 sf livable addition on the north side of the residence new 97 sf bathroom addition on the east side of the residence & converting existing carport to garage this project is being reviewed and permitted under the residential permit by inspector (rpbi) program. A limited review was performed on these plans with the remainder of the review to be completed in the field by the inspector. Additional corrections or information may need to be provided to the field inspector. The owner or owner’s representative must schedule a job site meeting with the inspector and be present at the meeting prior to commencing any work. The plans must be on site smoke alarms are required per irc r314 for all new construction/additions or alterations that require a permit & carbon monoxide alarms are required for new/remodel construction per irc r315 where fuel fired appliances are installed and/or in any dwelling unit with an attached garage.**new or altered fireplaces permitted after 1-1-99 must comply with ordinance g4062 note: this permit is for work that was performed without the required building permit or inspections.
