Construct a 323 sf swimming pool no spa/no heat. Code modification - appeal is hereby made to the building official for a modification from or interpretation of section: ispsc 305.4 of the 2018 irc with mesa amendments which requires that an alarm compliant with 2017 ul requirements be provided as barrier when a wall of a dwelling or structure serves as part of the barrier and where doors and/or windows provide direct access to the pool/spa through that wall.
