Asphalt roofs replaced. demolition of chimneys (4) with wall and roof framing to patch the area.where the chimneys are removed will require making the walls flush with the existing structure. these areas will require 2x framing (existing structure likely 2x4 tbd upon investigation) r15 kraft faced insulation 1/2 sheathing tyvek type weather barrier and fiber cement siding clapboards.roof sheathing and framing will also be required in some areas. 2x framing (likely 2x10 or 2x8) and 1/2 roof sheathing to match existing. r33 insulation in attics.some revisions to what i said previously:we believe the framing is actually 2x6 and we will use r21 kraft faced insulation in the wall framing.the attics should already be insulated from a previous project but we will addition r38 to any areas that we work with
