Resident is calling to report that in the breezeway of her building the roof had a large bubble leak and the management staff poked a hole in it to release the water. now the sealing is sagging and exposed to the elements and you can see the ceiling beams and she asked for them to repair it and they stated it is worst in other areas of the complex. she is worried about her safety and that of others
