Elevated platform for 6 days. The tents will be placed to the west of the franklin park conservatory near the amphitheater where the stage will be located. Sanitary facilities will be provided responsible party for stage: o’neil tents 614-837-6352 conditions limitations and special stipulations of occupancy: 1) portable extinguisher(s) required per obc 906.1 not to exceed 75-foot travel distance for all portions of the temporary structure 2) sanitary facilities will be provided within 500 feet of all temporary structures 3) stairways rise and run to be installed per obc 1011 and verified in the field by inspector 4) obc 3103.3: must maintain a minimum distance of 20’ from all other buildings 5) clearances indicated on the approved site plan must be maintained 6) egress from tent must remain clear and unobstructed at all times including aisles per obc chapter 10 7) ofc 3103.12.6.1: exit signs are required for tents with an occupant load of 50 or greater; emergency exits and illumination per obc 1013 8) seating in all tents must maintain an aisle width of no less than 36” per obc 1030 9) ofc 3107.8: minimum clearance of at least 3’ between the fabric envelope and all contents located inside the membrane structures 10) temporary structures shall not be occupied while side walls are down 11) the tents must be vacated if winds in excess of 40 mph have been announced or storm warnings have been issued maximum capacity: 40 (30’x20’ tents) 60 (30’x30’ tent) 53 (20’x40’tent) 73 (33’x33’ tent) 30 (elevated platform) 15 sq.
