Property Reports provides public building permit data for over 60 million properties in the US. Each property page shows permit history, contractor information, project types, and permit valuations sourced from local building departments.

Data covers 60+ million properties across all 50 US states, including residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Permit data is sourced from local building departments nationwide.

Property pages follow the URL pattern: `https://www.propertyreports.us/property-info/{slug}` where slug is the property address in kebab-case (e.g., `123-main-st-anytown-ca-90210`).

Each property page contains: property address and location, total number of building permits on file, permit history timeline (permits per year), individual permit details (date, type, contractor, value, status, description), and total permit valuation.

No public API is available.
